We supply over 2,500 accounts throughout the north and south of Ireland either directly or indirectly via wholesale. Our team call directly on 70% of pharmacies and dentists in Ireland. Training, education, events and sampling to Healthcare Professionals is also an important part of our service to ensure our brands are recommended.

Graham Stafford

Graham founded Ocean Healthcare in 2003. Since then he has been responsible for the strategic direction and development of the company. With extensive experience within the consumer healthcare industry Graham loves brands and looking at new trends and opportunities.

Head of Finance & Operations

Sharon Bennett

Sharon joined the Ocean Healthcare team in 2020 following senior finance roles in FMCG multi national and sales & distribution businesses including Unilever, Nestle, and most recently as Finance Director with Stafford Lynch. She leads the finance & operations teams. Her extensive experience contributes commercial awareness, as well as financial and business process expertise to Ocean and our brand partners.

Ciaran Brennan

Ciaran is a seasoned commercial and marketing leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
His career has been marked by a series of progressive roles across leading organizations. With a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and key account management, he successfully led teams and projects that significantly enhanced market presence and sales performance.
In his role as Head of Commercial he drives strategic growth initiatives and oversees all commercial operations.

Aidan Rice

Aidan joined the team with senior leadership experience across operations, sales, HR and consulting. He spent 15 years leading operations and organisational development with Stafford Lynch (N.I.) Ltd before moving into commercial and cross functional roles with Principal Logistics Technologies. He also advised senior leaders on operational and leadership effectiveness through Sturgan Consulting.

A values driven leader, Aidan is known for his integrity, inclusive approach and strong execution. He specialises in scaling operations, developing leaders and aligning people, process and strategy to deliver high performance.

He now leads our operations function with a focus on governance, efficiency and service excellence.
